Honestly never had a bad experience with any staff and that is very impressive I must say it doesn't matter if they are greeters bathroom attendants cust service wait staff no matter who you come across they're very polite attentive that is what draws us back there the restaurants shows everything phenomenal I have no complaints there that's why I even hate complaining we kp trying to see if we can catch spark & hope it flares my biggest & actually on complaint is 5 years ago I hit $1,300 I have not hit over $150 maybe $175 in the last 4 years this is the most irritating part is when I use my card I don't win I very rarely when when I use my card so I'm really losing out because I'm not using my card to gain points because I tend to win more when I don't use my card which is not a good feeling I do not feel like a valued at all I almost feel like I'm penalized you would think it would be the opposite you would win when you use your card since I won $1,300 not trying to sound ungrateful but is there like a cap that people can only hit so much cuz that's really what I feel like could be happening I don't know maybe it's something with my card at glitch I don't know I've been writing like pretty much the same review for 4 years and it's still is the same situation nothing's changed and it looks like I don't know I guess because I don'talways use my card? I dont know it is frustrating. I've always loved Park I don't go as much as I used to does not really entice me as much as it did we did just go to Park Grill which was phenomenal definitely worth checking out and we went back out on the floor to gamble and have fun but none of us in our group and every time I go I go with at least two or three people this group was almost 12 people that one person hit over $150 that is insane needless to say we did not stay much longer which was a bummer since the plan was a parx night out so we left and went somewhere else this way we're not wasting our money it's not as fun as it used to be and it's a shame I always had a good time it was 'our happy place' it gave us that 'warm fuzzy feeling' now its the 'pit in the stomach' worried about how much and how quick we're going to lose our which is not fun enjoyable or relaxing we go to relax unwind eat maybe some drinks check out the entertainment have some fun I think we Lost That Loving Feeling & we miss the fun we had but our visits are so limited anymore very sporadic.I love parx we love the staff I've never had a problem with the staff they're all around Top Notch.
